Morgan M. Hinckley, Esq., owner of Hinckley Legal PLLC, is a passionate attorney who specializes in commercial and residential real-estate and lending in the Rochester & Finger Lakes regions. She also regularly represents clients in the Old Forge Region of the Adirondacks, staying true to her roots as a Blue Mountain Lake native.

Hinckley Legal, located in the heart of Macedon, specializes in residential and commercial real estate. Morgan focuses on providing an efficient and simplified process for her clients, as she understands how confusing and laborious real estate can be. Through her thorough and detail-oriented work style, she provides effective representation of her clients. Whether it is representing a client on their first-time home purchase or a client acquiring a multi-unit investment property, Morgan works diligently on keeping the closing date on track and communicating with her clients every step of the way.

Morgan has always had a passion for real estate. One of her favorite parts of her job is helping her clients embark on the next chapter in their lives. Morgan loves to be included in people’s biggest life changes, which often are centered around real estate. Buying and selling real estate can often be confusing, difficult, and pain-staking slow. Morgan believes it is important to have an efficient, communication-based practice that helps navigate this complex process.

Hinckley Legal has based its location in Macedon for a few reasons. Throughout her time in Geneva, Morgan often attended real estate closings in Newark, Canandaigua, Rochester, Farmington, Victor, Fairport, Penfield, and other areas because of her proximity. She noticed the need for a local real estate attorney in these surrounding areas. Most importantly, Morgan chose to open an office in Macedon because of her love for the area. From the small-town community feel, to the natural beauty of the farmland and the surrounding Finger Lakes, she often tells clients that Macedon reminds her of Blue Mountain Lake without having to drive an hour and a half to the nearest grocery store.

Morgan also represents clients in the Adirondack Park. Having grown up in Blue Mountain Lake (a small town located in the heart of the Adirondacks), she loves representing clients acquiring or selling real estate in the Adirondacks. She understands the unique way that the area works and likes to welcome people to the ever-changing community. If she’s lucky enough to schedule a closing up there on a Friday, you might even catch her starting the weekend a little early.

 

A little more about Morgan…

Morgan often spends her weekends taking trips to the Adirondacks, whether it be to meet up with friends boating or skiing at Gore with her boyfriend Lucas Relkin. Lucas and Morgan met when he made the mistake of working at Morgan’s father’s marina for one summer. He works for ArcWorks, a manufacturing branch of the ARC of Monroe, as their lead engineer. They live together in Macedon, with their dog FiFi – a loveable rescue. Occasionally, you will find Morgan running with Fi in the surrounding trails in Macedon.

​

She also enjoys volunteering when she can. She can often be found spending a day with Habitat for Humanity with a hammer in hand and is a recent member of the Pal-Mac Rotary Club. Morgan is invested in helping her community grow, and considers herself lucky to be a part of the ever-welcoming Macedon neighborhood.
